How to Submit a Request?

Requests can be submitted in three ways:

Our team reviews all requests personally and helps design a comfortable and suitable staircase solution for your home. In some markets, we also offer installation services.

What happens after submitting a request?

1. Stair24 prepares a quote.
2. If the quote is acceptable, we send an order confirmation containing all details: staircase description, price, and delivery time.
3. The customer confirms the order via email.
4. The customer pays 50% upfront.
5. If installation is requested, the staircase is measured on-site.
6. If dimensions change during the measurement, we send an updated order confirmation.
7. The staircase goes into production.
8. The staircase is completed by the agreed delivery date.
9. The customer pays the remaining 50%.
10. The staircase is shipped to the customer or installed by the Stair24 team.
